Payment Details:

  • Initial Deposit: A 20% ‘non-refundable booking fee’ (NRBF) of the full fee is required by midnight of your booking confirmation day.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 80% is due at check-in. PLEASE do not pay the balance until your arrival. Why? See T’s & C’s.

 

Vaccinations Required so we can process your booking:

    • We need up-to-date vaccination records, current in the last 12 months, for your pet (Canine C5, Feline F3). Please upload (preferred) or email the vaccination certificate promptly to ensure your booking is processed without delay.

 

Appointment Times:

  • We operate by appointment times for arrivals and departures (during) our business hours to ensure a pleasant experience for your VIP.

 

Upcoming Closure Notice:

  • Annual Maintenance & Rest:
    Closed for all boardings from Tuesday, November 11th to Monday, November 24th, 2025.
    The first available arrival session will be the afternoon of Tuesday, November 25th, 2025.
    Bookings can still be made online during this time at www.whitsundaypetresort.com.au/booking-inquiry and will be processed from November 25th onwards.

  • 🎄🎅Christmas/New Year 2025–2026:
    Last check-in: 4:50 PM, December 23rd, 2025
    First departure: 8:00 AM, January 2nd, 2026
    We are closed for all arrivals and departures during this period to ensure consistent care for your pets and to give our team a well-deserved break.
