We pride ourselves on the level of care and attention we give our beloved feline guests. Our cattery offers unparalleled relaxation and a homely feel for your beloved cat. We boast very spacious areas, complemented by various comforts that allow your cat to feel right at home. Our secure and tranquil environment feature apartments with a mesh and perspex mix, ensuring both comfort and safety. Additionally, all apartment doors are securely locked to enhance safety, and we’ve strategically arranged the apartments to foster a friendly environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a peaceful and comfortable stay. Our premium apartments also offer stunning mountain views, providing a serene and beautiful backdrop for our feline guests. In addition, our feline guests have access to our spacious Feline Lounge Room, a tranquil retreat where they often bask in the sun, while we meticulously refresh their apartments to ensure their comfort and cleanliness.

In our deluxe cattery, your cat will enjoy the finest dining experience. We provide Royal Canin ® Super-Premium food and thoughtfully selected supplements to cater to the varying nutritional needs of our feline guests. Water is replenished regularly to ensure freshness for all guests, with exclusive ceramic charcoal-filtered fountains reserved for our most premium package, offering superior hydration.

Climate Control and Hygiene

The cattery is climate-controlled, maintaining a comfortable temperature year-round. For hygiene, we use bacteria-eliminating Oz-Pet litter with eucalyptus oil or more recently Catmate, who are also known for their use of antibacterial agents in their natural wood pellet litter. Both products providing a superior solution that effectively helps maintain a sanitary environment. The indoor and outdoor play areas are coated with epoxy resin floors, enhancing cleanliness and safety.

Play and Comfort

Our cat poles are of the highest quality, offering your cat fun and engaging playtime. Apartments are designed to provide maximum comfort, with some featuring split-level layouts in our more premium packages.

Package Variations

Our range of packages includes the B & B , Platinum, and Platinum Plus options. Each package is tailored to suit different needs and preferences, from basic, comfortable accommodation to the ultimate luxury experience with premium food, exclusive apartments, and additional pampering services.

Health Requirements

  • Vaccination and Age: All cats must be at least 5 months old and have a minimum vaccination standard of F3.
  • Desexing Policy: All cats must be desexed to ensure the wellbeing of all our guests.
  • Mandatory Parasite Prevention: All pets are required to have veterinary-grade parasite prevention for ticks (including paralysis ticks), fleas, and intestinal worms. Proof of prevention (physical packaging or box, vet certificate, or dated receipt) is required at check-in.
    • We also offer competitive-priced parasite prevention solutions.

  • Additional Medication Visits: A second daily visit for administering any necessary routine medication.

  • Bedding Upgrade: ProFleece veterinary approved bedding for extra comfort.
  • Food Management: Any supplied food will be stored, prepared, served.
  • Grooming Services:
    • Dry Wash, Groom, and Facial: Provided upon entry, every seven nights, and a bonus session before departure.
  • Daily Special Treat: A unique treat provided each day for added indulgence.

  • Exclusive Split-Level Apartment: A secure, personal apartment set aside for your cat, with arrangements tailored to your preferences, often featuring the corner suite with best mountain treetop views. A newly issued personal scratch lounge / board, replaced as required.
  • Premium Bedding: Freshly cleaned, ultra cuddly soft ProFleece veterinary approved blanket for the soundest and most peaceful sleep. Purrr.
  • Daily Cat Grass: Personal pot of cat grass provided each day.
  • Gourmet Treats: Daily supplement and a tempting wet treat, along with a delicious saucer of cat milk (lactose-free options available), served as per your specifications.
